Velscent sells through this website. Legal name, legal form, CUI, Trade Register number, and registered address are on the company details page. Those fields are still to be filled in before the first sale.

The shop sells car fragrances to consumers in Romania. These terms apply to a sale to a consumer: a natural person acting outside a trade, business, craft, or profession.

An order is placed in three steps:

1. Add the fragrance to your bag.
2. Open checkout and enter a delivery address in Romania and a phone number.
3. Press the button labelled Pay {amount}, where {amount} is the total shown at that moment.

This draft treats the contract as concluded when Stripe confirms that the payment has succeeded. That is the same moment the order is saved. The moment of conclusion is a draft choice and can be changed before the shop opens.

The price shown at checkout includes taxes. How payment works, VAT, and unit pricing is set out under payment and prices. Delivery cost and where we ship are on the delivery page. Both are shown before you pay.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without penalty. How to withdraw, send goods back, and get a refund is set out in the returns policy, together with a model withdrawal notice.

New goods have a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from the delivery date. How to report a defect, where to send the goods, and when we repair, replace, reduce the price, or end the contract is set out in the legal guarantee.

How to complain, and by when we reply, is set out in the complaint procedure. If a dispute is not settled with us, you can take it to alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through ANPC.

Romanian law applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights stay in place.
