What SAL is
Alternative dispute resolution (SAL) is a way to settle a dispute with us without going to court. It covers disagreements from a consumer contract of sale. It is voluntary. The national body is ANPC, the National Authority for Consumer Protection.
ANPC describes the procedure on anpc.ro/sal. Complaints go through the SAL platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. ANPC also lists the email dsal@anpc.ro and the consumer phone line 021 9551.

The SAL icon, 250 by 50 pixels, sits at the bottom of the footer on every page, including the homepage, and links to reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. ANPC publishes the official icon on anpc.ro.
The old EU platform
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (SOL) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. This shop does not link to sol.ec.europa.eu.
