Legal guarantee of conformity

This guarantee applies to consumers: natural persons buying outside a trade, business, craft, or profession. It covers new goods bought on this website.

A change of mind is not a defect. That is the right of withdrawal.

New goods have a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from the delivery date. The seller cannot shorten or remove it.

A commercial warranty, from us or from a producer, sits on top of this legal guarantee. It does not replace it. If a commercial warranty ends after 1 year, 1 year of the legal guarantee remains.

You can claim when the goods do not conform: they are faulty, they do not match the description on the site, or they are not fit for the use a car fragrance is sold for.

If you report a defect in the first 12 months after delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery. We have to prove that you caused it. After those 12 months, and until the 2 years end, you show that the goods did not conform.

Remedies follow this order:

1. Repair.
2. Replacement.
3. A reduction of the price.
4. Termination of the contract, and a refund.

We replace non-conforming goods within 30 days of your request. Repair and replacement are free of charge, including the cost of sending the goods back.
