Right of withdrawal and returns

This policy applies to consumers: natural persons buying outside a trade, business, craft, or profession. Purchases by businesses are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. You do not have to give a reason, and there is no penalty for withdrawing.

If an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

Email a clear statement of your decision to [Email] before the 14 days end. Include your order number. You may use the model notice below, or any other wording that makes your decision clear.

We confirm by email that we have received your notice.

Send the goods to [Return address] no later than 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days end.

You pay the cost of sending the goods back. Pack them so they arrive undamaged.

We refund every amount we received from you, including the initial delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, at no cost to you. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods, or until you show proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.

If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the cheapest one we offered, we refund only the cost of the cheapest option.

You may handle the goods only as much as needed to check their nature, features, and functioning, as you could in a shop. If you use them beyond that, we may reduce the refund in proportion to the loss of value.

Pending confirmation.

This clause is a draft. It is not confirmed that a broken seal removes the right of withdrawal for these fragrances. If that exception is confirmed, it will be stated before the order: goods sealed for hygiene may not be returned once the seal is broken. Until then, do not treat this clause as applying.

A faulty or wrong product is not a withdrawal. It is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity described in the legal guarantee. Write to [Email] and we cover the cost of the return.
